According to this page which talks to the investigators https://nos.nl/artikel/2330712-antistoffen-tegen-coronavirus-bij-3-procent-nederlanders-wat-betekent-dat.html this is data from 1 through 8th of April, and it does not yet evenly cover all parts of The Netherlands.
