If anyone can be accused of spreading lies and fake news on social media it is James O’Brien himself. Bc there’s little evidence to support his thesis that we can blame social media for the British public voting leave in 2016, voting Tory in 2019 or for 5G conspiracy theories now
And the reason why this aggravates me so much is that it removes agency from the ppl who voted leave in 2016 and Tory in 2019. Reduces them to a cipher. I am one of those people. I have agency and I am not a cipher for your paranoid fantasies, thanks.
Oh dear. Retreated to the safety of her echo chamber. But at least before she went she provided a very robust argument to refute the numerous studies I have cited to buttress the arguments that I have made in this thread. Very robust argumentation indeed.
