Today marked 60 days of Opening new Biz. Went from

- 3 to 9 employees
- 0.00 to 213,611.10 gross revenue
- nonexistent to top 3 in market

Here’s what i’ve learned..
1. Sales is everything, without cash you can’t do anything else. Spend 75%+ of your time figuring out how to bring revenue through the door.
2. Prioritize hiring by how much selling time it will free up for you. *First major hire was Ops manager*

3. Bring work in first, iron out the processes second. Don’t know how to do something you should know? Secure the bag, then figure it out.
4. Doesn’t need to be perfect, just needs to be good enough. This goes for everything. Customer service, product, systems, processes, paperwork, office, logo, website, just get the bare minimum up and run with it. Do better as you go along.
