What data held by NZ government do you think should never be sent to overseas cloud hosting?

Not in terms of classification, but in terms of its nature. Real examples.
Your passport application with its private information?
What about your RealMe account and associated information.
Health records?
Criminal records? Police records? Justice system records e.g. family court?
Your census form?
Social welfare records?
Information about you held by the Office of the Ombudsman? (Complaints, or records that came up while they investigated an agency.)
Office of the Privacy Commissioner records? They have to handle some sensitive personal stuff to do their job. Should that sit on servers in Sydney or USA, owned by someone else?
Tax records?
CCTV from cameras in public places and buildings?

The conceit in this thread is that most of this has already happened.
I'm really interested to know if anyone falls anywhere between "all of these" or "none of these" and what your criteria are. This is a values question. There's no right answer.
From a locked account: "..the scenario I'm thinking of here is information that could be used against NZ citizens by other governments when they travel or are living/working abroad." .. "census data. Especially if they get around to asking about sexuality."
There were very interesting responses to this thread. I have thoughts too complex to distill into tweets rights now.

But interesting to see this: https://twitter.com/robonz/status/1252707912016789504?s=19
