as the owner (yes this is me typing here today), and a first time source account handler, i could say i really had 0 idea where to start. airport pics? brand reps? scanned photos? schedules? had no idea at all

but the team pulled through. really, truly learned and pulled through

it's been a year & there are still mistakes here & there. it didn't matter if it weren't intentional, we will always take accountability. however, we cannot undo what is done. and so our always promise to NJ's audience is that, like Jennie, we'll always strive for improvement

this is getting long. i think im just getting emotional how far my love and respect for jennie brought me. when i thought i will never be able to find someone who i will he able to stan in the new generation, she arrived. always thankful to her.
