As someone who likes some mystery and ambiguity in my Star Wars lore, I'm not really peeved about things like Palpatine's return in TROS being vague and esoteric, or the Chosen One prophecy 'still' being heavily up for interpretation. It makes it feel like a real universe.

Because after all... there's a lot of mysteries still unsolved in our world, and it helps make our world exciting and lights up our imaginations.
