Saturday I tweeted that home for me isn't really a physical place; it's sounds, smells, feelings. 1 of those sounds is a North Carolina accent. I may not be exact, but @IamTabithaBrown accent gives me home. The energy of Guilford, Rockingham, & Forsyth counties. It feels good.

Another sound that gives me the feeling of home:

I have great memories of hanging with my Samoan aiga; dancing, eating, drinking, listening to Polynesian music.
May have to wear my ie lava lava tomorrow.
