Let’s ask ourselves if we love Alysa because she’s an amazing skater & because she’s so sweet or if you mainly stan her because she won gold against other US ladies. She deserves the former. She’s so good (it’s incredible especially for her age), sweet, and needs to be protected.

I personally think she’s so talented and her drive and hard work will take her *so* far in the sport. I can’t wait to see all that she will achieve. I hope she doesn’t get coaches that risk her safety like Eteri and that she keeps a healthy and happy mindset. After being mad at

Ashley for saying don’t bully her, let’s think about how she would feel if she saw us bragging on her for beating someone instead of talking about her awesome skating, her accomplishments, and how sweet she is. Meeting her was one of the highlights of nationals because she was so

sweet and we all just knew we were meeting someone who would become one of the biggest names in US skating history. Also, encouraging her and seeing her light up as so great. Protecting minors is so important and matters so much to me. That includes the things we say on here.

Let’s all say something that we love about Alysa for her & her accomplishments.

I love her Don’t Rain On My Parade program. Her happiness & energy radiates to everyone who watches it, & it shows her fun personality & how she’s a hard worker who won’t give up. It’s inspiring.

Also this isn’t calling anyone out because I love everyone but it’s just something I’ve seen a lot since nationals and now that she’s on Twitter a lot it’s left a bit of a sour taste for me because I know she could see all of our tweets. It’s hard not to search your name.

Alysa if you’re seeing this, Hiii! We all think you’re so great for exactly who you are &what you do. We’re proud of you & support you no matter what, & in the context of your own achievements & nobody else’s. You’ve already made a mark on this sport & made US skating history.
