Due to the virus there have been a few delays in our production as our warehouse is short staffed and the packaging materials and items are being shipped at a slower rate. We’ve added more help to our work force to aid with backend tasks such as replying to e-mails....
And making sure you’re orders are taken care of in a timely manner. I personally want to apologize if I have not helped you with any issues, however, if you have a question about your order you need to e-mail [email protected] to receive a faster response....
My brand ambassadors are doing an excellent job networking and making the brand grow at a healthy rate and with that comes more maintenance. We will use most of May to catch up on orders and other customer support issues.
I personally appreciate every single one of you, whether you’re making purchases or not and I will continue to do my best with solving any issue that is within my power to fix.
