1. they are so fucking unreliable. they do not respond to their “customers” help at all
2. they had a huge lawsuit due to many underage children on the app. tell me then why has my account been randomly banned when i’m clearly over 12. and there are still LOADS of very young children on the app.
3. their customer service is by far the WORST i have ever dealt with. bearing in mind i have spoken to instagram, facebook and youtube and they all respond just fine
4. they are very strict on their videos, as they should be, however i’ve noticed a LOT of videos that are very inappropriate but are kept up and i’ve seeen the flip side, many vids and accounts that SHOULDN’T have been taken down but still is ....
5. they allow big creators to get away with anything but if you’re a creator between 50k-450(ish)k they will pressure you. they will bring the full force of tiktok into you.
but remember if you’re a big creator you can say the n-word on camera, upload it, and tiktok WONT CARE
