So anybody here on Twitter asking for help needs to secure a permit AND PAY FOR IT FIRST before they can ask for it, DSWD?

Do you even have the time to vet all the applicants? Or this is just more red tape and an income generating strategy at a time when the very people soliciting for help are in dire need? SERIOUSLY??

If permit is nothing more than a piece of paper that fee has been paid and NOT an actual guarantee from you that you've done due diligence on the applicant (will you even do it, or just issue permit once paid) that they're not scammers, then what the hell will it be any use for?

Or you guys are just using this in laying the basis to impeach Leni?
