The 117th Congress convenes on 1/4/21 which happens to be EXACTLY 1111 days after the 12/21/17 EO on trafficking. Odds? I expect a super majority in both Houses by then if we adjourn Congress because we can clean up ALL Election Fraud.

Footnote: Trump did say that judges need to be approved to help fight COVID (so there is his emergency powers legal pretext), and if the Congress doesn't approve them (which they won't), then he will adjourn the Congress to make them all immediate recess appointments.
