2016 article on the sale of the facilities to Skyline Healthcare (Skyline is an informal name for that part of northwest Jersey) says they have 702 beds. The HQ for the chain was above this pizza joint in Woodbridge. The NBC article says he still owned 53 nursing homes at the time of publication.
The family still owns Andover Subacute, it seems. Charming.
