The amount of times now that I’ve been badgered over stupid shit that has nothing to do with the people coming at me is ridiculous, only to see other people doing the same general idea. Because HEY guess what we are all into the same fucking things and that’s A GOOD THING.
I’m tired of pretentious uppity artist assholes thinking they’re the first ones to come up with shit and demeaning & bullying people out of doing things they genuinely love bc it hurts their stupid fragile ego. Stop it. Stop.
I don’t know why more people don’t get psyched to see more and more people draw the interests they like. and if they’re 100% obviously trace-stealing shit from you, ALRIGHT, talk to them.

Realizing also that if you share interests with people, it’s very likely you’ll gravitate towards the same aesthetics and inspirations. ITS JUST WHAT HAPPENS. Once again. Not a bad thing. Smoke a bowl and chill tf out.
I’m sure OP covered all this but I get so heated on this subject it is so annoying watching other artists feel crippled or even struggle to do art at all bc people in their lives have belittled and demonized them for things that we literally all do. It’s pathetic. No more.
