Matt Wilson – our incredible friend, the visionary behind @dontletmedownm1, and the owner of @cheffies and @swankystacoshop – is a shining example of generosity in action.
Matt heard our partners needed PPE, like disposable gloves and sanitizing solutions, to meet critical needs of our under-resourced neighbors. He immediately purchased and donated the needed supplies.
Our partners – @hopehousemem, @JIFFyouth, @NCCIncorporated, @agapemeanslove, @ceoworks Memphis, @AlphaOmegaVet, @PorterLeath and the Purdue Center of Hope at @SalArmyMemphis – can continue providing essential care because of his gift.
We can only get through this together, and Slingshot has witnessed members of our community step up and invest resources – financial and otherwise – to meet urgent and critical needs.
