Trump is trying to push recess appointments which is, in and of itself, ridiculous.

Who he's doing it for IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC is even more ludicrous.

Exhibit A: Justin Walker. Basically a Fox News commentator who thinks the ACA is unconstitutional. But hey, he's McConnell's bud & who doesn't love sychophants?! He was unqualified for the district courts seat he has now & he's DEFINITELY not a serious nom for the DC Circuit.

Exhibit B: Cory Wilson. Really should be a Fox News commentator. He hurls insults and thinks access to health care is "freedom-infringing," and "perverse." He also has a horrible record on voting rights. The 5th Circuit doesn't need or deserve this.
