The President's emergency powers during a national crisis extend to ORDERING Congress to be in session.

Nancy either does not know this or never dreamed Trump will invoke it long before May 4 gets here.

Would it surprise you to learn that it was game-planned out long ago what to do if a national emergency arose that requires Congress to be in session, but for whatever reason, the people controlling 1 part of the Congress refused to be in session?

Nancy may have some fantasy that the Democratic Party will able to LITIGATE this issue for the next 2 weeks if Trump right NOW **ordered the House back into session** during a declared national emergency.

But she's wrong.

She'd be asking the Supreme Court review **already established law** that's been unchallenged since 1947.

Even assuming she's successful in asking the Courts to review this again, it would be immediately fast tracked straight to the Supreme Court in just several days.

Look at every other freaking DUMB thing Nancy has done in the past 2 years and of COURSE she'd do this.
