I know the white hats only see two possibilities for ET Disclosure.
1. Fake Alien Invasion
2. Landing on the White House lawn
To my knowledge they are leaning towards a fake alien invasion. In this thread I will outline a version of option 2.

So, they are leaning towards a Fake Alien invasion because by their projections that would cause the least civil unrest and people going crazy. But, they are only worried about a small portion of the population that will not be able to handle the truth.

No matter which version of ET disclosure you go with there will be a significant percentage of the population that will not be able to handle it. So our goal is to disclose whilst keeping as many people calm as we can to minimise civil unrest.

With that in mind which version of disclosure would keep as many people calm as possible. A War with Aliens or a peaceful contact scenario. I think some version of a peaceful contact would cause the least disruption.

Reason being you can set up and soften the disclosure in stages and aclimatise people to it something like this.

1. Announce an anomalous signal coming from near earth orbit. Have that running on the MSM for a week.
2. Announce that the signal may be from an Extraterrestrial source.
3. Announce that it is a communication from ET's and that the government has been in communication.
4. Boom
