The resistance to talking on the phone (some?) younger-than-me folk apparently have is really interesting. Unless it's like the way they've chosen avocados over mortgages and it isn't a real thing. Is it a real thing?
Okay, here's my "pitch" for the humble phone call - it's a more intimate less mediated form of conversation, particularly with people you actually like. Oh, and professionally it's the best way I know to get quick answers and cut through bureaucracy. So that's a "double" pitch.
