At what point did NZ govt break with WHO advice? NZ authorities informed health orgs of new coronavirus originating Wuhan in mid Jan 2020. Their Jan 23 notice, based on WHO, has no advice for NZ travel to/from China, tho' Wuhan lockdown had begun, & govt knows pandemic is next

The norm in would be an investigation into NZG response to Covid in due course, with the sorry outcome published years later. But we need to know the answers now, because we need all our politicians & bureaucrats to learn the political lessons right now, not when it is too late
