Example: “this column [status] is where you can get the status of this account, it can contain various values: “ACH on/off”, “legal_hold”, “test”, etc...200 different values...”

Her logic just for a customer having ACH on:

“if status not null then ACH on else ACH off”

So the status for 10,000 customers could be “bankrupt” and she’s telling executives they still have “ACH on”.
