IMO, Q is calling all of us to action NOW! Here's how I come to this:

1. Q 3963 tells us an informed/awake public hold all the keys.

2. Q 3970 asks us to think of the world awakening.

3. Q 3966 once again says that average people must be able to digest and accept factual events.
It also tells us THEY are ready. All they need to do is have Barr go public.

4. Q 3967 lets us know we are ready. But who exactly is 'we'?

5. Q 3971 says it is the "frogs to destroy them." We, the Anons, ARE the frogs!

6. Q3969 IMO is telling our brilliant Anons that do all the Q proofs it is time to switch gears and start flooding social media with the Truth!

7. Q3958 tells us this is INFORMATION WARFARE.

8. Q3964 tells us to trust ourselves.

9. To wrap it up, I think Q is calling all Anons to start pushing information to wake the people up. It seems Q is telling us they are ready and all they are waiting on is for the public to start waking up. We are being told we are ready and we are...

10. ...ready. We are ready to do the next phase, The Great Awakening. This is our call to action. Q3969 Op start... And 5:5?
