oh my god i just woke up from a nap to many replies and many of u are angry i’m not including variations of paris hilton bedazzled flip phone. if it’s reality tv, godawful red carpet aesthetics, or some kind of obsession w cosmopolitanism, it was covered in my original tweet!!!!!

i will concede a few things left out:
—general “punk” revival (the pop punk renaissance but also witchy amy winehouse aesthetics and garage rock resurgence)

all these pop queens doing new albums of disco, funk, 80s dance pop, and 90s jack swing.......but who will be brave enough to do a 2000s homage album with this iconic production......
