First, for businesses:

The Paycheck Protection Program is another option. The SBA will forgive these loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/coronavirus-relief-options/paycheck-protection-program-ppp
Bridge loans are another quick option, if your business already has a relationship with an SBA Express lender: https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/coronavirus-relief-options/sba-express-bridge-loans
