Im not even in the call center, yet ive been handling escalated calls all day.

This lady said, "i received a text that my stimulus was sent, why yall holdin my shit???"

I ask "a text from whom maam?"

She says "iono the government i guess."

This is the BS we dealin with

One guy said , and I quote....."yall took $167 outta my stimulus, according to Trump, i aint supposed to pay no taxes on that."

Me: "Sir, you were NEGATIVE $167 in your account, meaning you owed us....."

Him: "so yall couldnt have just let me pay it later? "

My mans wanted to know if he could have a positive and negative balance at the same damn time
