/ Just went to the Capitol w/ a few dozen ppl on an impromptu protest: Governor extended his unconstitutional order til Apr 30. Didn't get hassled by police, but did get interviewed by 2 local news stations, one of which tried playing 'set-up/gotcha,' which pi**ed me off. (cont)
/ I pointed out that any Guv’s order is violation of 5A – loss of liberty & property w/o due process or just compensation, & that if they can do this for a virus, they can (& will) do it for any reason in the future. (cont)
/ I acknowledged that gov’t can issue quarantine& isolation, but quarantine is for those who’ve been exposed. That’s not the gov’s order. & isolation is when someone has been exposed to the transmittable disease & must be isolated. Again, Guv’s order doesn’t address that. (cont)
/ I stated these orders DO align w/ the legal definition of house arrest & it’s ordered w/o due process. Also stated that in 1866, SCOTUS said the Constitution can’t be suspended for any reason, no matter the emergency. We’ll see how the TV stations portray my comments. <end>
/ Here's a PS- more evidence for anyone filing lawsuits against governors or other officials.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242: it's a crime to deprive a person of a right or property (see 5A) if acting under the 'color' of the law.
