Onto the filling stage: today we'll be stuffing our pierogi with potatoes, caramelized onions, sauerkraut and a myriad of existential anxieties
Not feeling so guilty NOW about panic buying that kilo of bacon lardons
And done. I may not have the old world cred of Svetlana's Varenyky Emporium up the block but this turned out pretty delicious
