@verizonfios "disconnects" my service digitally for 6 hours in the middle of the night (during the #COVID19 epidemic no less) and then has the balls to charge me a $50 reconnect fee? Is @OptimumHelp still doing installations right now?

Following up on this thread: @verizonfios has now given me $20 credit on their predatory $50 fee so "all" I owe is $30 dollars on top of the premium I already pay. Was willing to give you guys one more chance but will be scheduling my @Optimum installation today. #COVID19 #SCAM
