It's worth noting for those unfamiliar with the Los Angeles area that SoFi Stadium, the future home of the Rams and Chargers, is in Inglewood, which has its own city government.

Other major Los Angeles-area sports venues are in cities with their own governments -- the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson.

Tough to imagine one set of sports/concert regulations for the city of L.A. and another for other cities in the county.
