So Trudeau just announced changes to CERB (after a lot of pressure from the NDP, btw). You now can qualify if:
* You earn less $1000/month (before it was $0)
* You were expecting a seasonal job, but it's now gone
* You've run out of EI since January 1

QUESTION: Do we know if people will be able to keep that up-to-$1000 they've earned, or will it get clawed back? ( @ArmineYalnizyan? Do you happen to know?)
Another question: Do we know if people on OW or ODSP now qualify for CERB?
