I just want to say that I raised the issue of losing federal grants and grant mismanagement with @Young_CityDC back in April of 2019 and he had no good answers. Grants to fight opioids, grants for lead paint removal, Americorps grants, now Head Start. We lose millions for critical needs or in this case, voluntarily give it up, and the burden is always on those with the least among us.
It's wasteful, damaging and totally unforced. @CMBrandonTodd has oversight on these issues and has done nothing.
