I tried to stop this from happening. I tried to warn people what would happen. I saw it. I have been to these places. I have talked to former detainees. I know my shit. These are and always were concentration camps, and now they are death camps. You let yourselves be lulled.

And why is anyone still funding @CoreCivic? They pepper spray asylum-seekers to keep them quiet, they abuse them, they isolate them, and now they are killing them.

We heard people calling out for help from inside the facility (as you can hear in the video) and then they abruptly fell silent. I later heard that was because they were being pepper sprayed. I said nothing at the time for fear of retribution against detainees.
