2/6 Deliver on promise of fincl tools to incrs liquidity for small and med oil and gas employers, inclg credit facilities such as loan guarantees and accts receivable insurance.

3/6 Cancel the carbon tax - Canada is the only top 10 oil prodcr with it; an added cost and barrier to invsmt, and makes life < affordable for all Cdns; Pause the Lib fuel stndrd - also applies to nat gas and indstrl bldngs. Hikes costs on refining, trucking, mfg, and consumers.

4/6 Speed-up assessments for the $20B worth of oil and gas projects in the queue, incl the Énergie Saguenay LNG plant in Quebec, while maintaining the evidence and science-based approach with the highest standards for which Canada is renowned.

5/6 Provide regulatory certainty by overhauling Bill C-69, and adopt all Senate amendments that were supported by the private sector and all provincial and territorial leaders.

6/6 Expedite cnstrctn of Trans Mountain – is now an econ emergency; work with US to advc Keystone XL and Line 3; repeal C-48, the oil shipping ban, work twrd an export pipeline to Asia Pacific markets, and a west to east pipeline to secure domstc supply and export to Europe.
