Rep. Stan Lee, who is not running for reelection this year, is giving his goodbye speech in the House right now.
Stan Lee said he wanted to shake Rocky Adkins hand, but there's "an unnatural fear that's gripped everyone" right now. "We all seem to be cowering in our homes right now, and I think that's sad."
Stan Lee added that there's a danger of getting hit by a foul ball at a baseball game but that doesn't stop you from going.
