Today's Studio Ghibli is Princess Mononoke, which I have never seen before.
The only two I have seen before are Spirited Away and Totoro. 
High fantasy wildness right off the bat.
The boar sludge worm monster thing is properly gross
The mood is definitely being enhanced by my upstairs neighbour playing Bryan Adams.
Extreme violence.
They really knew how to make their films look stunning, didn't they?
The tree spirits are ADORABLE.
Hmm, I think this might just be an environmental movie...
There is a lot going on in this movie.
Mononoke is a badass.
Oh shit, Ashitaka got shot.
Creepy apes
The Nightwalker is incredible.
The gunk around the boar's eyes is that Ghibli detail.
The downside to this movie is that it is very long.
Changing San's mask to show more of her face is an interesting choice.
Shit is starting to get real.
