You know whose social I’m really enjoying right now? @StoryCorps
Their animated shorts (which they’ve been doing for YEARS) are just what I want in a pandemic: an interesting story to get lost in for less than a minute and a catharsis laugh or cry. https://twitter.com/storycorps/status/1250144410647629824

In general, I find that the organizations who are shining in social are the ones who knew who they were before hand.
@StoryCorps is a national organization that tells stories and believes in the power of connection. And that’s what they’re doing now.

They’re headquartered in one of the nation’s hot spots with a base in Atlanta (home of the @CDCgov ), yet their primary messaging has stayed focus on their national identity—because that’s who they are and where their digital audience is.
I used to be more tuned into the Story Corps discourse to know the latest updates on it as a place to work ( @StoryCorpsUnion) and their archival policies related to their recordings. I’m now out of the loop.
