On 7 April @ANINewsUP passed on a news that " Persons who came in contact with TJ members were Quarantined". Many news anchors also jumped in to catch the bite.

When the entire country was battling COVID19 our beloved Media houses were busy passing off information without an iota of authenticity.

Several Journalists shared a false news that 18 TJ members were found Covid+. However, their testings didn't even take place.

The Clippings of the broadcast were later found to be of a different incident with no relation with the MLA.
