currently feeling for all people suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, etc. these times are really rough on the mental but i just want to say that just like every other bad time, this will be a memory soon. 1/???
if you see someone you love (or even someone you don& #39;t know)maybe struggling or going thru something, offer your shoulder or your ear. it& #39;s so easy to focus on the things we can& #39;t control these days, but remember that you CAN control where you put your energy and your time. 2/???
know that it& #39;s OKAY if you& #39;re not using this time to be "productive" because GOD KNOWS how hard it is to even pull ourselves out of bed lately. celebrate the little things! sending love & positive energy to every single soul & spirit out there <3
also just wanna say a BIG fuck you to everyone who thinks mental illness is easy to "get over" there are people killing themselves during this time because they feel trapped & it& #39;s not because they& #39;re insane or because they& #39;re not "trying hard enough". be gentle. always.
