So I got this alert when tracking my parcel. But your contact details are NOT available on Q&A - and when trying to speak to "Holly", your bot said my postcode doesn& #39;t match my tracking number

Oh, and when it gave the option to send an email - it is neither opening a blank email NOR giving me an email address to write to - but instead just closes the chat
So yeah, @Hermesparcels - it& #39;s been two weeks. It would be appreciated if you could do something useful
