1) Babyman ignores warnings from WHO.
2) Disaster happens.
3) Babyman claims WHO is "too close to China".
4) Babyman pulls funding from WHO.
5) China steps in, funds WHO in our absence.
6) China now has the influence in WHO we used to have.
7) Babyman says, "See? I was right!"
This is the Republican pattern: claim international organizations are corrupt, because they're being run by America's enemies. So we pull out of them, leaving a vacuum which is inevitably filled by our economic and geopolitical rivals. Republicans claim vindication.
The process works domestically as well: Republicans are elected on the claim that government doesn't work. Once they gain power, they break government so it =can't= work, and they scream, "I told you so!"

Republicans =are= corruption.
The media narrative is always about "partisan bickering," as if "both sides" are "dysfunctional"--ignoring the truth, which is that Republicans =advocate= dysfunction, actively campaign on it, and implement it whenever and wherever they get the chance.

This isn't "both sides."
What we see in Washington isn't "partisan gridlock." It is a long-running one-sided campaign of bulldozing being committed by Republicans for the specific purpose of destroying Americans' ability to govern themselves.
The news media isn't equipped to report on a war being waged by agents of Cthulhu. They're genetically predisposed to presenting "objective reporting," which doesn't work when one side has no footing within the real world.
Watch how this plays out in real time. South Dakota is one of five states where the Republican Governor is refusing to implement any social distancing. SD has the most rapidly-rising #TrumpVirus infection rates in the nation. Keep an eye on the disaster about to explode there.
One of the biggest meat packing plants in the country is in South Dakota. They have about 500 confirmed cases of #TrumpVirus there and were forced to close the plant. This could trigger a nationwide meat shortage. This is one of the biggest hotspots in the nation.
The various States' differing responses to the pandemic isn't a case of "partisan bickering." The federal Administration's lack of action isn't due to "partisan differences." The fact that America is trailing the world isn't because of "Washington dysfunction."
The pandemic is but one horrendous example of the larger problem, which isn't that "government is no longer responsive to the people."

The problem is that this is the intended and engineered result of Republican policy.
Anyone who bothsides America's problems is either deluded or is one of Cthulhu's henchmen.

One Party seeks to destroy America. The Democrats are the last bulwark we have against total chaos.
