I am going to make the case that the election should be postponed until the "invisible war" against the "invisible enemy" is over. (I promise you, that war will end.)

"That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001,"

It is true that "nothing in this resolution supersedes any requirement of the War Powers Resolution" (Congressional authorization of use of force), but for a couple of reasons this is not a concern.

The first reason is that whoever committed 9/11 may have been an insider, and therefore any attempt to limit the President's power right now could be seen as an insider trying to prevent their own capture as an enemy combatant.
The second reason is that there is no precedent for Congress to go in, while a conflict is hot or an attack remains unanswered, and stop the President from capturing the enemy.
As we all know the United States remains at war, overtly, because the "war on terror" initiated by President Bush never ended.

But the bottom line is that the United States, as of today, has not ended the war that formally began when we were attacked on September 11, 2001.

If it is true that the culprits from September 11, 2001 were never captured -- because insiders in the U.S. government prevented a full investigation of the facts -- then our elections are compromised, attempts at voter fraud certain, and a real election in November impossible.
All that is missing is for proof to be shown to the American public that the same people who engineered 9/11 are also engineering the "resistance" and associated attempts to defraud the voting system and overthrow the government.
At that point, the only thing to do will be to stabilize the country, and postpone the election while recovery takes place.
As part of this effort, the U.S. military should be placed in charge of the CDC, so that any possible biothreats against the American public are investigated and neutralized before further unnecessary deaths can occur.
