Romanticizing guys who control their girlfriends and what they wear?? My heart went nope https://twitter.com/AlodiaAlmira/status/1250339441501032449
To the people who say this is for fun and they're trying to be cute, I know that. But at the same time, they're perpetuating the mindset na it's normal to control girlfriends/boyfriends and what they wear. This is a toxic mindset.
A lot of people will find this tiktok cute and funny, true, but a lot of people will agree with the message of the tiktok (this is bad) which further perpetuates their mindset that it's normal to control people just because they're in a relationship with you.
If you find this tiktok cute and funny but don't agree with controlling your significant other, that's fine. But there are people watching this who don't think the same, who agree with controlling their significant other. And possibly, they're doing this right now.
I know it's all fun and games and it's tiktok, but think about the impression it would give to people who don't know any better.

People here think I'm attacking their relationship. I'm really not. I'm pointing out the impression this video will give to people, because they have a really big audience, and a lot of people are impressionable.
