Does anyone have any fucking clue why supermarkets have made themselves even less accessible for disabled people now?

Thanks so much @Ocado for ensuring that someone like me can barely get a slot & when they do, don't have time to actually create an order thru their brain fog!
I've already fallen through the cracks of the govs 'vulnerable list' despite being housebound for 16 yrs due to multiple chronic illnesses that put me at high risk, so have been unable to get a slot on @Ocado until today, when I was offered one, finally, as a regular customer.
Then when I finally get on your site, I have a deadline for when I can check out. Do you even realise that your most vulnerable customers may take hours to create a shopping list due to their illness? And you don't even let us on the site to prepare it in advance...?
Did you @Ocado, even consult with disabled people before choosing how to do this? Did any of you supermarkets? Of course not! Even though we need your delivery slots more than anyone. Us stuck in our houses unable to get to or to risk an actual shop.
I have never felt less seen as a human than since this crisis started. My life clearly matters to no business or government.

Y'all can fuck off.
Oh yeah and to add to this...Thanks @gompelshc for ensuring that sick domiciliary care customers can't possibly compete w/ your business customers, for products like masks. Hunger games, disability version. Awesome.
