I have been trying to reach the Sterling Customer care service, but no staff was available to pick up my calls.

I understand that we are in a pandemic season, but am I really need your assistant because am currently starving due to the Covid-19 crisis.
In is in this light that I write to you to help me respond positively to one of the complain in this thread.
1. I have a corporate account with your bank, but I am yet to activate the account because I was unable to submit my referees details earlier. However I have been saving in the account. Is their a way I could scan and send the filled-reference form for activation?
2. I have a Sterling double account I opened using my individual current account. Is there a way the money in the double account could be reverse back to my individual account? This will really go a long way in saving me from starvation.
