Been trying to sort a shipping issue for 15 days. Have emailed repeatedly and DM’d but No response.

Your team missed the house number when posting the order so Royal Mail couldn’t deliver it and returned it to you.

Can someone get in touch to get this sorted?
Appreciate you guys are stretched at the moment but you took my money within 20 minutes of the order

After two weeks I still don’t have the items and haven’t had a non-automated reply to my messages since paying.
