We've spent the last few days looking at @CitizensAdvice data from the last month. Our website was viewed 9 million times in the last month, and this brilliant graph shows how peoples concerns have changed over time
Initially, we saw a peak in views to our pages on
flight and holiday cancellations as other countries moved to lockdown. But by mid-march, we saw spikes in pages to do with sick pay and redundancy as the economic impact started to be noticed.
This has continued with pages about paying bills and benefits having huge views. Our benefits pages have been viewed over 2.2 million times. This includes just under 750,000 views of our Universal Credit pages
It's important the people behind these stats are not left behind, and I'm proud to work somewhere that is not only ensuring people knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward but also advocates to solve the problems they are facing
