I’m in the kind of mood where I should not make any decisions, I think.

I feel like Rey is being told she has to earn her place as the hero. Be humble! You’re not worthy of Luke’s lightsaber! And you can’t fly until a man trains you! We don’t have two movies full of evidence showing otherwise!

I don’t want to support stories like this. Financially obviously, but not even by, like, talking about them or writing stories about them. Giving them any sort of credibility. So basically this morning I’m thinking of abandoning Star Wars entirely, how are you?

By “thinking” I mean “feeling” really. As I said in the first tweet in this thread, I’m not in a good place to make actual decisions. I am having and expressing emotions and reactions.
