2 days back, i stayed up all night trying to learn picture animation and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, but all my efforts, sleepless night ended in tears because the app kept hanging

I was on the verge of giving up, but some thing told me to tweet about my frustration with the App, so i did.

Many folks showed concern, notably @TheVolqx, but one dude stood out, he chatted me up that he can help.

It took me 2hrs to respond, because the kids took possession

of the laptop.

We chatted back & forth for almost 8 hours, he was telling me what to do, where to go and what to install.

1:05 am this morning, the issue was resolved
