Would posit that it is societies that allow women to rise to the top (i.e. less bigoted, less discriminatory) that respond better, not merely women leaders.

It& #39;s important to have women in leadership positions, but if they are so constrained that they have to be more "male" than men (Maggie), or a mere "peon" (as a friend said of Sitharaman), then that effectively changes very little.
