That Hazrat Ayesha was at least 21 years of age when she moved in with Prophet Muhammad. (some even claim her to be 28). Hazrat Ayesha’s age is grossly misrepresented in the ahadith whose sole source was Hisham ibn Urwah (dhaee'f narration).

There are numerous sound ahadith which contradict Hisham in Urwah. I am attaching the links underneath it for you to read.
